  • We will start by getting to know each other when you book your free 20-minute consultation and submit your contact form.

    If we proceed, a strategy call will be scheduled to better understand your business essentials and form a tailored plan that meets your needs.

    Let's take the first step towards achieving your goals.

    Based on our discussion, a plan of action that targets your goals and aspirations and aligns with your budget will be documented in a customized proposal for approval.

    You will have the opportunity to review and sign the proposal before starting any project.

  • Once services have been selected, the proposal contract has been signed, and a 50% deposit has been received, I will reserve a spot on my calendar and begin working on your project.

  • I will thoroughly analyze and review your website or selected pages based on the services you have purchased.

    This will help me identify opportunities to optimize the website's copy for better results on Google searches.

    Once I complete the analysis, a strategy call will be scheduled to discuss a detailed report of my findings and recommendations for improvement.

    Project tasks, deliverables, and timeframe are to be approved.

  • You will be sent a questionnaire so I can understand your business needs and requirements thoroughly.

    I will research to prepare for your project and create a project outline. Then, I will write all copy materials to send to you for review.

    At this stage, you will be required to pay the second half of the payment as agreed, and you will also be given a specified number of revisions.

    This will be the final step. Based on your revisions, I will send you the final, updated copies as Google documents.

    If selected for your package, I will follow up in three months to check the results.

  • Both the initial consultation and strategy call are completely free of charge.

  • Projects Under $500: Full payment is due at the signing of the contract.

    Projects Over $500: A 50% deposit is due at the signing of the contract. The remaining 50% will be invoiced and sent when the first draft is submitted for review.

    The final copy with completed revisions will be sent once the final payment is received.

    For retainers, payments will be invoiced on the first day of each month for the duration of the agreed-upon contract. Payments are due at the time of the invoice, with a grace period of seven days.

    Please note that a late fee of $35 will be added to the payment total for payments received after seven days of the invoiced bill.

  • Once the initial contract is signed and payment is received, the project will commence.

    A start date will be scheduled at this point, and you can expect to receive the first draft typically within three days of the project start date.

    Revisions will follow, and the final edited copy will be sent to you once the final payment is received.
